Each paper must be presented by one of the authors listed in the submitted abstract. Paper presentation by a colleague, who is not listed in the abstract, is not allowed.
The official language of the conference is English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.
The time allocated for oral presentations is:

Be sure to arrive at the oral session room at least 20 minutes before the beginning of the session and greet the chair persons. It is preferred that all the speakers in a session remain in the room for the entire session. After the session, the audience can talk with the speakers about their presentations. The aims are to promote exchange among participants and extend the questions and answers session in a more relaxed atmosphere, while enjoying the coffee or lunch break.
All the oral presenters are asked to bring their presentation files with own USB flash drive. Please upload your presentation file to the PC at the operation desk on the right side of stage in each session room at least 20 minutes before the beginning of the session. Please be sure to test and check all the presentation slides in advance to make sure they will work properly.
All presentation data will be completely deleted after the session.
Posters should be prepared in portrait format to fit the poster panel (120 cm wide and 210 cm high). Authors are requested to put your poster on the panel by the end of lunch break. Poster panels will be equipped with identifying labels and pushpins. After the session, all posters (except Invited Posters) must be immediately removed. Please note that all remaining posters will be disposed. The organizers are not responsible for posters not collected by the authors.
Invited posters will be introduced at the end of plenary session on Monday morning (3 minutes, no questions and answers) and displayed throughout the conference, Monday through Thursday. The available space for invited posters is two poster panels located side-by-side. Authors of invited posters are requested to be available near their posters as much as possible during the Poster Sessions to promote discussions and exchange among participants.
